Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd is a 2003 American comedy film. It is the second film in the Dumb and Dumber film series and a prequel to the 1994 film Dumb and Dumber. This film is the story of two boys. They are best friend. In 1986, when Harry and Lloyd were teenagers, they meet each other in high school. A comic tale which charts their attempt to get out of the “special needs” department and into regular high school life.
